I barely slept because the mattress was so hard. I kept tossing and turning all night and felt kind of trapped, like there was no way to get comfortable no matter what I tried.

I booked this place after looking at the photos on Cave Hotels. they got me. The room in real life just didn’t have the same feel. Smaller than expected, kind of dark, and a bit worn around the edges. The bathroom was the biggest letdown, because it really didn’t match what I thought I was getting from the pictures. Staff were okay, no real issue there. But still... I felt a little misled. I wouldn’t book again based on their photos alone.

The location was kinda annoying tbh. It wasn’t as close to stuff as I expected, so getting around felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been

I stayed for one night, i kind of regret expecting more from the breakfast. It wasn’t bad, just average. The coffee was decent, but the eggs were a little cold and there wasn’t much fresh fruit to choose from. The staff were really nice, though, which helped. For the price, I just wish the breakfast had felt a little more worth it.

The staff were really nice and always had a smile, which I appreciated!! Check-in took a bit longer than I expected, and there were a few times when it was hard to find someone to ask a question. But whenever we did speak with them, they were polite and helpful. Overall, not a bad experience, just felt like things could’ve been a little more organized

I only stayed for one night, but the bathroom really bothered me. The shower pressure was weak, like barely enough to rinse properly, and the water kept switching from hot to cold over and over. It was just annoying, really annoying.
The tiles had mold around them, and the drain smelled bad the whole time. The towels also looked old, and one of them had stains, which made the whole bathroom feel dirty. It just didn’t feel clean, and that’s the part I kept thinking about.
For what I paid, I expected at least a clean, basic bathroom. I mentioned it to reception, but nothing really came of it, which was disappointing too. The bathroom was bad, the service didn’t help, and I wouldn’t book through cavehotels.com again.

I booked through cavehotels.com because I thought it was going to feel like a unique, special stay, but it really didn’t live up to the price. The photos made the room look a lot more impressive than it actually felt in person, it was fine, just basic.
The weird part is, for what we paid, I kept expecting little extras or better service to justify it, but everything just felt overpriced. Overall, the value wasn’t there for us, and I wouldn’t book again.

I’m still waiting for a reply, and it feels like whoever is supposed to handle my message just dropped the ball. I reached out expecting some kind of response, but no one has bothered to get back to me yet.

I was really hoping the food would be decent, but dinner showed up cold, the portions were tiny, and the service dragged on forever. Breakfast wasn’t any better, tasted like it had been sitting around. I wouldn’t bother eating there again.

Parking was a nightmare. There was no parking available at all, and we kept waiting for the shuttle, but it just never showed up. We waited and waited, and it really made the whole experience frustrating.

Check-in took way too long and messed up the plans I had for the evening. I was hoping to get settled quickly and head out, but ended up wasting time waiting around. Checkout was fine, at least, but the slow start was frustrating.

The cave room was nice overall and felt mostly clean, clean enough for a decent stay. I did notice some dust in the corners though, and the bathroom could’ve been wiped down a little better. The sheets seemed fresh, which was good. Not a bad stay at all, just for the price I expected a bit more care, more care with the cleaning.

Booked this place based on the listing, but a lot of it didn’t match once we got there. Photos made it look nicer, room felt way smaller, and some of the amenities they said were included just weren’t there.

Reached out to support and they said they’d check with the hotel, but nothing really changed. Wouldn’t rely on the info from this site again...

Stayed here and yeah, the wifi was kind of a mess. It kept cutting out every few minutes, and even when it did connect it was super slow. I ended up just using my phone data most of the time, which was annoying.

I was disappointed with the room amenities. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just the usual basics, but there was barely anything there. Like, you get settled in and then realize something simple is missing, then it’s another thing, and it just gets annoying. The room itself was whatever, but the lack of basic stuff really stood out. I kept thinking, this should’ve been easy to provide.
